Tiny Glass Lodge – Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Confirmed Bookings

 

After your reservation is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. If you do not receive your confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues.

 

Check-in & Check-out

 

•⁠  ⁠Self Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 PM)

•⁠  ⁠Check-out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)

 

Your door access PIN will be sent by email one day before arrival.

 

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and additional hourly charges apply.

 

Please note that Tiny Glass Lodge is a self-service accommodation and does not operate a reception or provide hotel-style services.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in receive a full refund, less a €35 non-refundable payment processing fee. This fee also applies to partial cancellations (for example, cancelling one night from a two-night reservation).

•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made 29–15 days before check-in are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made 14–10 days before check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before check-in are non-refundable.

 

No refunds are provided for:

 

•⁠  ⁠No-shows

•⁠  ⁠Flight delays or cancellations

•⁠  ⁠Road closures

•⁠  ⁠Vehicle breakdowns

•⁠  ⁠Illness

•⁠  ⁠Weather conditions

•⁠  ⁠Schedule conflicts

•⁠  ⁠Early departures

•⁠  ⁠Any other circumstances preventing arrival

 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 

If you accidentally book the wrong lodge or room type, we will do our best to assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed, especially within 30 days of arrival.

 

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days. Please note that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refunded amount if your payment was made in a currency other than Euros (€).
