Sì, è consentito il volo con i droni, ma abbiamo linee guida severe per garantire il comfort e la privacy di tutti. Puoi utilizzare il tuo drone solo entro un raggio di 10 metri dal tuo Lodge, evitando altri Lodge e mantenendo il drone a un'altezza ragionevole. L'uso del drone è limitato alle ore dalle 10:00 alle 20:00.
Mantenere la privacy e la tranquillità degli altri ospiti è estremamente importante. Assicurati che il tuo drone non disturbi nessuno o crei l'impressione che gli altri vengano registrati. Nessuno vuole essere svegliato da un drone o sentirsi a disagio. Chiediamo gentilmente a tutti gli ospiti di rispettare queste regole per garantire un'esperienza piacevole per tutti.
La sauna è condivisa tra due lodge e c'è un programma in atto per garantire privacy e comodità a tutti gli ospiti. A ogni lodge vengono assegnati specifici slot di 1 ora per l'uso della sauna, consentendo a tutti di godere di un'esperienza privata e rilassante. Si prega di controllare il programma fornito per vedere gli orari designati per la sauna del lodge. La sauna è aperta dalle 16:00 alle 22:00
Le nostre cucine sono completamente attrezzate con:• Due fornelli• Un frigorifero con un piccolo congelatore• Un tostapane• Una macchina da caffè Nespresso• Un bollitore• Una friggitrice ad aria
Forniamo anche prodotti essenziali di base come sale, pepe, zucchero, un assortimento di tè e caffè. Inoltre, la cucina è fornita di padelle, pentole, piatti, posate e bicchieri per champagne e vino, assicurandoti di avere tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per il tuo soggiorno.
Poiché i Lodge sono piccole case, di circa 18 metri quadrati, lo spazio è limitato. Consigliamo di portare solo uno zaino o una piccola borsa con l'essenziale di cui hai bisogno all'interno. C'è un armadio disponibile per riporre gli oggetti, ma lo spazio a terra è minimo, rendendo difficile sistemare bagagli più grandi.
Non dovresti avere problemi a raggiungere la località in un'auto normale durante l'inverno, a patto che non ci sia una tempesta. L'intero percorso dall'aeroporto di Keflavik è costituito da strade ben tenute, in quanto sono servite dal governo durante i mesi invernali, garantendo un accesso affidabile.
Tiny Lodge Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
Guests will receive a confirmation receipt shortly after booking. If you do not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact us to correct any errors.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: Self check-in available any time after 16:00.
• Access: Your door PIN code will be sent via email one day before arrival.
• Check-out: 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that Tiny Lodge is not a hotel and operates as a non-serviced accommodation with no reception.
3. Cancellation Policy
• More than 30 days before check-in: Free cancellation (minus a €35 processing fee).
• 29 to 15 days before check-in: 25% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
• 14 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
• Less than 10 days before check-in: 100% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
• No-shows: No refunds for cancellations due to flight issues, car breakdowns, illness, closed roads, weather conditions, accidents, or schedule conflicts.
• Early departures: No refunds for early check-outs for any reason.
• Date changes: Changes within 30 days of check-in follow the same fee structure as cancellations (25%-100%). Date changes can be made up to 2 years in advance, but prices may vary.
• Refund processing: Refunds are issued via the original payment method and take 7-10 business days to process. Currency exchange differences may apply.
Force Majeure & Provider Cancellations
Tiny Lodge reserves the right to cancel reservations due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters). In such cases, a refund will be issued. If services are limited due to technical issues, a partial refund may be provided.
4. Drone Use Policy
To respect guest privacy, drone use is strictly limited to:
• Operating hours: 10:00 - 20:00.
• Flight radius: 15 meters from your lodge.
• Restrictions: No flying near other lodges or at high altitudes.
5. Airline Cancellations
Tiny Lodge is not responsible for losses related to airline cancellations. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
6. Safety & Liability
Tiny Lodge is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents resulting from force majeure events. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
Recommendations for safety:
• Shower without a swimsuit before entering the hot tub.
• stay hydrated.
• No lifeguards on-site—guests are fully responsible for their own safety.
• Tiny Lodge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Occupancy & Child Policy
• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults per lodge.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
8. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on terraces.
• A €200 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
9. Cleaning Policy
• Standard cleaning is included in the rate.
• Excessive mess may result in an €90 extra cleaning fee.
10. Photography & Media
• Photos, videos, or social media content taken at Tiny Lodge cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
11. Natural Events & Road Closures
• Volcanic eruptions: No refunds will be issued due to flight disruptions or travel delays caused by eruptions.
• Winter storms: Road closures due to snow or storms are typically temporary. Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by weather conditions.
12. Lost & Forgotten Items
• Guests have 7 days to retrieve lost items before they are donated.
• Shipping lost items incurs a €50 service fee plus shipping costs.
• International shipments may take longer as they require travel to the capital.
13. Property Damage & Theft
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including fire damage, broken items, or excessive stains.
• Stolen items (e.g., bathrobes, decor, electronics) will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Proof of damage/theft will be documented by staff, and a receipt will be provided.
14. Pricing & Payment Terms
• Rates are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, inflation, tax changes, and force majeure events.
• VAT and tax changes apply to all reservations, even those already confirmed or paid.
By booking with Tiny Lodge, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
